Our Roots
Roxanne began her career in the early ’90s as an apprentice machinist, working her way through shop floors, manual machines, and evolving manufacturing technologies. Her background gives R & T a sharp understanding of what manufacturers truly need — from equipment installs to process support — and the gaps traditional providers often miss. She is an active member the NTMA Steering Committee, working closely with companies across the industry.

Our Growth
In 2020, Todd M. Shurtz joined as Chief Operating Officer, expanding R & T into full Rigging and Transportation services. His career spans residential, commercial,
and industrial electrical work, fabrication, crane and forklift operation, and leading major rigging and machinery-moving projects across the Tri-State area and beyond. Todd brings decades of heavy-equipment, plant-relocation, and production-line expertise — giving our customers the confidence that every job, large or small, is handled safely and efficiently.
